Position: Senior Account Executive (Accounts & Finance)
Industry: Agriculture & Construction
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operation and functions such as account receivable/ payable, general ledger, cash book, inventory, month-end closing and all the necessary accruals and reversals.
- Provide full set accounts and preparation of monthly financial reports on timely basis.
- Prepare weekly consolidated management account for the management inclusive checking unusual accounting entries.
- To assist in financial budgeting and forecasting, management and statutory reporting, internal controls, tax as well as review transactions and documentations.
- Responsible for fixed assets management.
- Responsible for timely and accurate on bank reconciliation and intercompany balances.
- To issue relevant Debit Notes and Credit Notes for intercompany transactions.
- Provide complete and accurate sales reports submission on monthly basis.
- Provide weekly complete and accurate debtors aging report.
- Prepare bank analysis report on monthly basis.
- Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function, and related duties and when necessary.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and planning skills as well as problem solving with strong financial judgement.
- Experienced in liaising with bankers on funding requirements & project accounting.
- Must have strong background in application of financing packages for projects.
- Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload and work within tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Able to work as a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting & Finance or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy Management, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Position: Multimedia Designer (Creator)

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative ideas, concepts and assets to meet local branding and marketing needs.
- Design and develop variety of digital campaigns including thematic campaign banners, contents, design works, web advertisements, videos, motion graphics and other media.
- To transform raw video footage into a finished product. With the storyline in mind, they choose what footage to keep and assemble it into a fluid sequence, varying the camera angles and trimming, as necessary.
- To coordinate internally and externally on requirements of project and artwork.
- Responsible to assemble recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects.
- Generate clear design ideas, concepts and creative assets to support the local marketing team’s user acquisition and brand building campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, managers and creative content teams.
- Creative, out of the box thinking with strong conceptual and layout ability.
